A term used to describe a guy who is engaged in conversation and flirtacious behaviour with a girl he fancies.
> Mike: "Hey Bob, did you see Jay and Nicola at lunch?
> Bob: "No, why?
> Mike: "Ohhh, lad, Jay was blaggin for sure"
